West Indies pin down Pakistan

West Indies pacemen Martyn Dillon and Carl Hooper bagged two wickets apiece as Pakistan finished on 230 for five at stumps on day one of the First Test in Sharjah.

Only Younis Khan, with a workmanlike 53, and Yousuf Youhana, who is unbeaten on 78, made any impression on the Windies attack.

Pakistan, 137 for four at tea, struggled all day on this untested, grassless wicket.
