Star pair battle to reign in Bahrain

Stephen Hendry and Matthew Stevens will fight it out today for a place in the Bahrain snooker final.

Hendry was the first to book his semi-final place when he rattled up breaks of 113 and 132 on the way to beating qualifier Robert Milkins 5-2. "I played pretty well again," he said.

Stevens has slipped to 17th in the rankings but he also won 5-2 against Welsh compatriot Dominic Dale.
