Ronaldinho's agent talks over City offer

13 April 2012

Ronaldinho's brother Roberto De Assis was back in Barcelona on Monday night outlining to the club the package on offer from Manchester City.

As exclusively revealed by Sportsmail, the Brazil star, currently out injured, is ready to leave Barcelona in the summer and his brother and representative De Assis was entertained at the City of Manchester Stadium on Saturday by club directors ahead of the 2-0 defeat by Chelsea.

City manager Sven Goran Eriksson admits he would love to buy Ronaldinho. He said: 'It was the first time I had heard such a thing, so I really hope it is true. We would be able to find a place in our team for him, I can guarantee that.'

City defender Nedum Onuoha may miss the rest of the season after dislocating his shoulder.
