Reports: Lidle killed in plane crash

New York Yankees pitcher Cory Lidle was the pilot of a plane which crashed into a building in the city on Wednesday, according to reports in America.

The plane hit the Belaire Condominiums on Manhattan's East Side, killing at least two people, the New York City Fire Department and New York City Police Department said.

One of the victims is believed to be Lidle.
