Parker has a dig at Mourinho

Scott Parker started his Newcastle career today with a swipe at Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho.

After completing his £4.5 million switch from Chelsea yesterday, Parker (right) revealed that he quit Stamford Bridge after becoming frustrated at a lack of first team opportunities.

He said: "I don't think I failed at Chelsea. It was a lack of opportunity, that is all. It was a very frustrating time when I wasn't involved."
