Pardew's got his lead men

Alan Pardew believes he now has enough leaders in his team to help his West Ham team through most predicaments.

West Ham will maintain the pressure on Championship leaders Ipswich should they beat Rotherham at Upton Park tonight, before they play host to Joe Royle's team on Saturday.

"It was an an area which did concern me a little but now I have enough lieutentants out there to sort things out," said Pardew.

"Besides Teddy Sheringham, we have Carl Fletcher who was Bournemouth captain, Malky Mackay who was skipper at Norwich last season and Chris Powell who is vastly experienced."
