O'Neill's warning to players

14 April 2012

Martin O'Neill warned his Celtic players not to get carried away after a 3-1 home victory over Anderlecht revived their Champions League ambitions.

Goals by by Henrik Larsson, Liam Miller and Chris Sutton extended their 26-month unbeaten record at Celtic Park and means that a similar result at home to Bayern Munich on 25 November will clinch a place in the knockout stage.

"We're looking to beat Bayern when they come here but we have no divine right to do so," said manager O'Neill.

Lyon's 2-1 win in Munich leaves the French group-leaders just one point ahead of Celtic.
