New United kit for a new season ... but hang on, where's Ronaldo?

When you are the Footballer of the Year you should at least expect to make the advert for the new kit. Where is Cristiano Ronaldo?

Manchester United chose Rio Ferdinand, Patrice Evra and on loan Carlos Tevez in this shoot before Euro 2008 and the Real Madrid furore.
