New deal for Worsley

Joe Worsley
12 April 2012

England flanker Joe Worsley has signed a new two-year contract with Guinness Premiership club Wasps.

Worsley, who makes his 200th Premiership appearance in Sunday's clash against London Irish at Adams Park, first played for Wasps 14 years ago. He has won 77 England caps.

The 32-year-old joins a number of players who have recently agreed new deals, including his back-row colleague Serge Betsen.

Wasps rugby director Tony Hanks said: "It is a great boost that Joe has committed to another two years.

"It's a great credit to Joe and the way he has looked after himself that someone can play with the physicality which he does and still have longevity in the game."
