Morrison feels at home

12 April 2012

New Bradford star Glenn Morrison is glad he has settled in well with the Bulls - because opponents are making life on the field far from easy.

The former Parramatta second row has made an immediate impact at the Grattan Stadium to help the Bulls to the top of the engage Super League table.

"It's been great so far," the 30-year-old said of his first two months in Super League. "We've got a good bunch of blokes, a good coach and everyone is positive and enjoying themselves, me included."

He added: "It's made it easier for me moving over here. I've fitted in well and we're winning games, which makes it easier for me, and I've got a couple of tries too.

"We've got good strength across the park and I couldn't really pinpoint one weapon. Everyone's working together as a side and pushing in the right direction.

"I don't think we did too much wrong against Catalans. We weren't on our best game but with the level of competition this year everyone is pretty equal.

"If you just slacken off and one or two players aren't on the money you're going to lose the game. We know we've got a few things to improve but nothing major.

"Leeds are going to be tough. It's a big derby and both sides want to win. We're both at the top and we want to stay there."
