Johnston has winning plan

13 April 2012

Middleham trainer Mark Johnston has revealed plans for some of the horses who have been flying the flag for his stable.

Celtic Mission completed a memorable international day for the handler at Naas.

The three-year-old easily won the valuable Tote Exacta Naas October Handicap.

When asked whether Celtic Mission might tackle the November Handicap at Doncaster, Johnston said: "I hadn't even thought of the November Handicap but obviously that will be a possibility."

Johnston also struck with Yavana's Pace in the Group Two Prix du Conseil at Longchamp.

He said: "He'll go back out to France on Friday for the Prix Royal Oak.

"He's doing very well for us this season and it's good to see him keeping his form."
