Injuries could severely hamper Queens Park Rangers' Second Division promotion push.

Gareth Ainsworth, Kevin McLeod, Marcus Bean and Richard Edghill missed the 1-0 defeat at Bournemouth and manager Ian Holloway said: "We missed four players and needed them. It's a squad game and we're running on empty at the moment. I'm not making excuses, that's just the way it is.

"I want my players to be under pressure to keep their place, not pressure to keep playing."
