Vincent Janssen scored his first goal for Tottenham in this afternoon's 3-1 pre-season friendly victory over Rotherham at Hotspur Way.
The 22-year-old finished last season as the Eredivisie's top scorer, courtesy of a 27-goal haul, and appears to have picked up where he left off in north London.
Spurs fell behind to Danny Ward's opener but the Championship club were soon undone by a driving run from Kieran Trippier.
The full back fizzed a cross into the penalty area and Janssen met it at the near post, tucking home a neat finish past the goalkeeper.
A strike apiece from youngsters Shayon Harrison and Marcus Edwards secured victory for the hosts in the latter stages of the game, which featured several senior Spurs players.
Vincent Wanyama, Ryan Mason, Nacer Chadli and Heung-min Son all made an appearance as Mauricio Pochettino's side step up their fitness levels ahead of the new season.
Spurs face Juventus and Atletico Madrid in the Australia edition of the International Champions Cup next week before starting their Premier League campaign away at Everton on August 13.

Janssen has spoke of his desire to play regularly during his debut season at White Hart Lane - as well as win trophies - but Harry Kane is expected to remain as first-choice.
The Dutchman's arrival has been praised by Ledley King and Rafael van der Vaart, both of whom expect the striker to excel under Pochettino.
