Spurs boss Andre Villas-Boas recalled captain Michael Dawson following Thursday's Europa League clash at Sheriff with Kyle Walker, Paulinho, Andros Townsend, Lewis Holtby and Roberto Soldado (above) all coming back in.
Hull's changes were mostly forced on manager Steve Bruce, who gave a league debut to goalkeeper Steve Harper and brought in Alex Bruce, David Meyler, Paul McShane, George Boyd and Yannick Sagbo.
