Life at Tottenham doesn't seem to be getting any easier for head coach Mauricio Pochettino, as Spurs fell to a 2-1 defeat at White Hart Lane.
With wins from their opening two matches, life at the Lane looked encouraging for Pochettino - as his side scored five goals without reply.
But the results soon turned. Going into the match, Spurs had recorded just two Premier League victories their last seven matches, and it would soon become eight.
Stoke City's victory saw the Potters leapfrog Spurs in the Premier League table, and Tottenham's fourth home defeat in the league already, with Liverpool, Newcastle United and West Brom having already been triumphant at White Hart Lane this season.
Spurs went behind after just six minutes with Bojan finding the net, before Jonthan Walters handed Mark Hughes' side a 2-0 lead at the break. It was the first time in three years that Spurs had found themselves behind by two at half-time.
Pochettino rang the changes, introducing Erik Lamela at half-time, and Nacer Chadli's goal had threatened to spark a comeback from the hosts, before Kyle Naughton was sent off with five minutes to go - Spurs' second red card in as many games, and Naughton's second of the season.
Spurs were unable to find a way back into the game, and as the whistle capped another disappointing result for Spurs, fans, pundits and former players took to Twitter to slam another poor performance from Pochettino's men.
