West Ham striker Andy Carroll has avoided any punishment for comments he made about referee Jon Moss' performance after the Leicester clash.

Carroll was furious with the match official for awarding a late penalty for his challenge on Jeffrey Schlupp, which allowed Leicester to earn a 2-2 draw.

Moss had been abused by Leicester fans before that incident due to sending Vardy off for two yellow card offences, the second of which was for a dive in the area.

Carroll accused the match official in interviews afterwards of only awarding a spot kick against him because he was 'trying to even things up'.

West Ham coach Slaven Bilic also inferred that Moss' decision had been influenced by the Leicester supporters.

It looked like both could be subject of disciplinary action, but the FA have just reminded Bilic of his responsibilities and warned Carroll over his future conduct.

Carroll has been in fine form of late having scored six goals in his last six appearances.
