Roberto Mancini: I’m the best in the Premier League

18 February 2013

Roberto Mancini claims he is the best manager in the Premier League and that he is not facing the sack at Manchester City despite falling 12 points behind rivals United in the title race.

City beat Leeds 4-0 yesterday to book their place in the FA Cup quarter-finals but have struggled to replicate their title-winning form of last season and crashed out in the Champions League group stages again. “I won one Premier League, one FA Cup and one Charity Shield. There is not another manager that’s won like me in the last 15 months. I can do nothing [about rumours surrounding his future].”
