Ricardo Fuller's late equaliser spared Millwall's blushes by securing an FA Cup third round replay with Sky Bet League One side Bradford City after a thrilling 3-3 draw.
Fuller struck in the 83rd minute to complete a quickfire double for the Championship outfit - adding to Scott McDonald's first-half goal - that cancelled out Sid Nelson's own goal and Billy Knott strikes in either half.
Knott took just seven minutes to score his fifth goal of the season, poking in Jon Stead's knockdown from six yards out after seven minutes.
Gary Liddle's corner fell to Knott, who lost his man and beat Lions keeper David Forde to record the first goal Millwall have conceded at home in the opening 10 minutes of a game this season.
Fuller looked to have equalised shortly after, only to see his volley ruled out for offside after Bradford keeper Ben Williams palmed Danny Shittu's header straight to the Jamaican.
Fuller looked the most likely for Millwall but failed to finish after a mazy run from the left flank ended in a weak shot.
It was to be McDonald who levelled for the Lions, meeting Lee Martin's cross at the near post with a diving header in the 35th minute which flew across Williams and into the bottom corner.
The goal gave Millwall confidence and chances came and went for Shittu and Martin in the following minutes.
But Knott should have scored again for the Bantams three minutes before the break when his volley was impressively saved by Forde.
Ten minutes after the restart Edward Upson headed over a Matt Briggs cross from inside the box as Millwall looked for a second against a Bradford side who have conceded only once in their last four games.
Former Lions midfielder Filipe Morais saw a shot deflect off Shittu and just wide of the post after 63 minutes.
Then Fuller's fourth goal of the season put Millwall ahead in the 65th minute - the former Stoke man turned in a McDonald cross from the left with a shot that keeper Williams would have been disappointed not to save.

However Nelson's unfortunate own goal put the Bantams back on level terms just six minutes later. The Lions defender could do nothing to prevent the ball, which bounced off the crossbar from James Hanson's shot, from bouncing off his shins across the line.
Buoyed by that equaliser the Bantams, who were on an eight-game unbeaten run, had chances through Stead and Morais before Knott brilliantly volleyed home across Forde.
But Fuller had the last laugh, finding the bottom corner after substitute Magaye Gueye bombed down the right before crossing in low to end a run of four defeats in five games for Millwall.
