Given Paul Pogba's social media exploits, it should come as no surprise that the Manchester United star has set another first on Twitter.
Pogba and United announced the midfielder's arrival from Juventus last summer via a glitzy adidas promotional video with Stormzy across the club's social media channels, and the France international is now the first Premier League player to have his very own emoji on Twitter.
The 23-year-old announced the honour on Friday evening as United's preparations to face Liverpool at Old Trafford on Sunday kick into gear, with Pogba saying: "I am happy and thankful for this opportunity and I look forward to emojing! Let's have fun and kick some ass at #pogba."
The hashtag #pogba will remain live on Twitter until after United face champions Leicester on February 5th, leaving plenty of time for fans to celebrate the dabbing extraordinaire.
Twitter have confirmed that United fans will be able to trigger pitchside advertising boardings in relation to the hashtag, while "something exciting" will be unleashed if he actually manages to score against Jurgen Klopp's Liverpool on Sunday.
