Leicester City vs Tottenham: As it happened

Tottenham are still awaitng their first win of the season after Riyad Mahrez's late equaliser denied them the three points at the King Power Stadium on Saturday afternoon.

Substitute Dele Alli's stooping header gave Spurs the lead with a little over 10 minutes remaining, but the visitors hung onto their lead for just 90 seconds.

Claudio Ranieri's side could feel aggrieved to have fallen behind in the first place and an in-form Mahrez provided an instant response to the setback as he cut inside a lacklustre Jan Vertonghen to curl the ball home into the corner of the net.

The north Londoners have now let a lead slip in the closing stages of a game for the second week in a row and Mauricio Pochettino's side clearly lacked the incisive passing of Christian Eriksen, who was missing due to injury.
