John Terry to wait until after match to decide on Dubai trip to see wife

Ancelotti will ask Terry if he wants to miss out on the fifth-round FA Cup tie at home to Cardiff

Carlo Ancelotti will have talks with captain John Terry after Chelsea play Everton tomorrow to decide if he needs to take a break to resolve problems in his personal life.

Terry is reportedly keen to meet his wife Toni in Dubai this weekend to try and save his marriage in the wake of revelations of his affair with the former girlfriend of England team-mate Wayne Bridge.

Ancelotti will ask Terry if he wants to miss out on the fifth-round FA Cup tie at home to Cardiff on Saturday.

He said: "We will make the decision together after Everton to see if he needs to rest or stay here and play against Cardiff. He has not asked for any time off [to see his wife]."
