Eden Hazard is enjoying his return to form as he scored twice in Chelsea's 5-0 rout of Everton at Stamford Bridge.

Victory was the Blues' fifth on the spin in the Premier League and sent Antonio Conte's side top of the table.

Hazard has been front and centre of their revival - the Belgian has scored in his past four league games - as his travails from last season have emphatically been cast aside.

"We scored five beautiful goals. We could have scored more," Hazard told BT Sport.

"I'm enjoying my football. I just said last week after the game against Southampton that I'm enjoying my football.

"We played well and we created a lot of chances. We scored goals.

"We are enjoying our football at the moment."

Chelsea are back at the summit for the first time since they won the title two seasons ago and, after falling woefully short last term, Hazard expects the west Londoners to be fighting until the end to regain the Premier League crown.

"It's not bad. We are in a good place," he said.

"We want to stay there until the end. We will fight until the end to be there."

Conte said of the Belgian: "Eden Hazard played an impressive game. We all know he is a talented player, I see he is working a lot for the team and his teammates are very happy for this. He must continue, he is showing his talent in every game."
