Chelsea Ladies beat Arsenal Women 3-1 to win the FA Cup final at Wembley.
Ramona Bachmann broke the deadlock three minutes into the second half with a neat finish after being set up by Fran Kirby.
The Swiss international soon added a deflected second before Arsenal pulled a goal back through Vivianne Miedema on 74 minutes, but England forward Kirby ended any hopes of a recovery when she swiftly netted Chelsea's third.
Bachmann was named player of the match, but was quick to pay tribute to Kirby and her Blues' team-mates.
"It is everybody's dream to play at Wembley and to win the FA Cup is right now the best feeling," she said on BBC One.
"I have not scored that much this year, but it is not that important when you have someone like Fran in your side who scores all the time.
"It doesn't really matter who scores, as long as we do, but it was amazing to score in front of so many people."
Chelsea's win continued a fine season for Kirby, who was voted the Professional Footballers' Association Player of the Year by her peers and also won the inaugural Women's Footballer of the Year award from the Football Writers' Association.
The England forward, though, insisted Wembley success in front of a record crowd was all about collective achievement.
"It is great to win the individual awards, but the main ones are what you win with your team and I have been really looking forward to this day since we got through," she said.
"I had a feeling we were going to do well and win, so that is more important to me.
"We were disappointed that we let them get a goal, but we dominated pretty much the whole game. Luckily I was able to get another one."
