Manchester City's Micah Richards believes that Juan Cuadrado possesses all of the attributes needed to become a great player at Chelsea.

Reports over the past few days have suggested that the Blues will need to meet Fiorentina's £27 million buyout clause if there is any chance of the Colombian moving to Stamford Bridge.

Richards, who is on loan at the Serie A side from City, said that the 26-year-old would be perfect addition to the Premier League.

As well as Chelsea, Cuadrado has received interest from Manchester United, Liverpool and Arsenal.

He said: "After the World Cup, he had a lot of teams looking at his situation and I have heard all the top teams in England are looking at him and so they should be.

"I have been training with him every day and he’s got everything; technique speed power pace. All his attributes would be suited to the Premier League so I can see exactly why he is being linked with a move there."
