Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas has another achievement to celebrate after becoming a father for the second time following the birth of his daughter, Capri.

The memorable event is an ideal end to the summer for the 28-year-old, who was part of the Blues' squad that won the Premier League title and Capital One Cup last season.

Lifting the silverware would have been a moment the midfielder savoured given that he had endured several trophyless years during a spell at Arsenal earlier in his career.

However, the feeling of triumph may have been trumped now that he has welcomed Capri into the world.

The Spaniard posed alongside the new arrival and his long-term girlfriend Daniella Semaan, who is also the mother of Fabregas' firstborn Lia, in a photograph on his official Instagram page.

Meanwhile, several members of Jose Mourinho's side have already started pre-season training, including John Terry and Gary Cahill, ahead of their tour of the USA.
