Chelsea have revealed the squad numbers Raheem Sterling, Kalidou Koulibaly and Conor Gallagher will wear in pre-season.
The final, official list for the new campaign has not yet been released by the Blues with the club stating today’s announcement is subject to change.
Sterling will don the No17 shirt when Chelsea face Charlotte in North Carolina on Wednesday night, in what would be his first appearance for his new team.
John Terry’s iconic No26 has been handed to Koulibaly for the summer, the Senegal star having worn the same shirt while at Napoli.
Finally, Gallagher, who was given the No38 in the game against Club America on the weekend, will move to No15 for the remaining friendlies.
Chelsea are attempting to offload several players with Ross Barkley and Hakim Ziyech among those tipped to leave, potentially opening up new squad number options for the trio.
Emerson Palmieri, Ethan Ampadu and Armando Broja - who is strongly linked with West Ham - are also waiting for official shirt numbers ahead of the new season.
