Arsenal right-back Bacary Sagna has revealed he does not expect to stay at Emirates Stadium beyond the end of the current season.

Sagna, who joined the club in 2007, is out of contract in June and the Gunners have failed to meet his wage demands.

The Frenchman has been offered an £80,000-a-week two-year extension to keep him in north London, but the deal falls short of the £100,000-a-week he reportedly wants.

And with Premier League rivals among those ready to pounce, Sagna has admitted he anticipates leaving the club, as both parties remain unmoved in the contract wrangle.

"I'm out of contract, as everyone knows. I still consider myself as an Arsenal player at present," he told Europe1.
