Borussia Dortmund fans have vented their frustration at Arsenal target Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, unveiling a banner for their game against Freiburg.

The Gabon striker, who has been the subject of a number of unsuccessful approaches from the Gunners, was somewhat surprisingly named in the starting XI for Saturday’s Bundesliga clash at Westfalenstadion.

Having been suspended by the club three times in the last 12 months, and recent reports claiming that board members and teammates are growing tired of his antics, it seems that discontent has spread to the fans.

Ahead of their clash with Freiburg, a banner reading ‘no player is bigger than the club’ was unveiled in the home end.

Before the teams emerged ahead of the game, Dortmund chief Michael Zorc revealed that the club were happy to do business with the north London club, but that none of their previous attempts or offers had matched the ‘parameters’ set by the German club.
