Chelsea coach Antonio Conte hopes to celebrate a title triumph this summer by taking his family away on holiday.

Conte's side are firm favourites to finish top in May after building a 10-point lead in the Premier League.

Former manager Jose Mourinho, who secured seven pieces of silverware during two spells at Stamford Bridge, always buys himself a watch to commemorate every season he wins a trophy.

But Conte isn't planning on anything extravagant should he end his first campaign at Chelsea as champions of England.

When asked if travelling with his wife and daughter will be his reward, he said: "Yeah, yeah, yeah!

"First of all, I hope to win the title because it means we did a great job with the players, with the club, with the staff. We hope to do that.

"Then, for sure, after a season like this, yes the players, myself, we all need above all a good rest, to spend time with our families, and try and go on holiday.

"I don't know where, but for sure we need to have a bit of rest.”

Conte's wife and daughter have remained living in Italy this term.

While they visit London regularly, the 46-year-old admitted yesterday that their absence has been the toughest thing he's had to deal with since moving to the capital.
