Brentford keeper on transfer list

Brentford have put goalkeeper Oli Gottskalksson on the transfer list and he could be on his way out of the club by next week.

The Finnish international is available on a free transfer as the club bids to cut the wage bill in time for chairman Ron Noades' summer departure.

Gottskalksson has lost his place to youngster Paul Smith in recent weeks and he has also picked up a shoulder injury which is likely to keep him out of the side to face Bournemouth at Griffin Park tomorrow.

Defender Ijah Anderson returns from suspension and Brentford could also welcome back a trio of players from injury. Martin Rowlands, Danny Boxall and Mark Williams all came through a reserve match in midweek and may be added to Steve Coppell's squad.
