Manny Pacquiao has not signed a deal to fight Amir Khan in November.

Khan has claimed both he and Pacquiao have agreed to fight in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, on November 8, insisting a deal to take on his former stablemate is “signed off and done”.

But the Filipino’s publicist has denied the Briton’s claims.

"Manny has not signed any contract. As far as I know it has not even been discussed," Pacquiao's publicist Fred Sternberg told BBC Sport.

"He has been in training camp for the past eight weeks, four in the Philippines and four in the United States, and he hasn't met with Amir Khan during that time."

Pacquiao himself has also appeared rather bemused by the claims. The eight-weight world champion was quizzed on Khan’s comments in a video posted by boxing reporter Elie Seckbach, looking rather confused as he denied any knowledge of the agreement.

Khan and Pacquiao, who previously sparred together when both trained under Freddie Roach, have held talks over a meeting in the past with a proposed ‘super fight’ in United Arab Emirates falling by the wayside in 2017.

Pacquiao’s immediate focus however is a WBA welterweight title showdown with Keith Thurman in Las Vegas on Saturday.

Khan meanwhile is coming off the back of a comprehensive fourth round victory over Billy Dib in Jeddah last Friday.
