Facts: Spurs are unbeaten in their last three games at Ewood Park. Their last defeat at Blackburn was in December 1995
Recommended pub: Fox and Hounds (Albion Road)
Glenn Hoddle thought he was hard done by against Everton and I agree. Tackling is a dying art and more decisions like the dismissals of Gary Doherty and Gus Poyet by David Elleray at Goodison Park and it will be rarer than a smile on EastEnders. Hoddle has not been affected by the sight problems which afflict so many managers. He saw Mauricio Taricco?s horror tackle on Thomas Gravesen and was quick to condemn the Argentine. Is it too much to hope other managers will take note?
Verdict: HODDLE HAPPIER
Odds: Blackburn 5-4, Spurs 7-4, draw 11-5
