Even a style guru can succumb to the discomfort of high heels.
Susannah Constantine, of TV's Trinny and Susannah, kicked off her size 6 stilettos as she popped out of a party for a cigarette.

The 46-year-old, who arrived at the bash with TV presenter Donna Air, 29, stood in her stockinged feet with another pal for the cheeky puff in Covent Garden last night.
Her style crown seems to have slipped — this week she revealed she hasn't bought new knickers for eight years.
