Sunday sundae

Sunday Café is ten hours of unadulterated music featuring four world-class bands and two top DJs at the newly refurbished Clapham Grand.

Staged once a month, the Sunday Café invites punters to bring the Sunday papers, chat, mingle eat and drink while listening to the best mellow live music from Cool Ancestor and Lopez.

As the evening draws in, those who fancy it can start to party, building up to a funk climax to finish the wekeend in a celebratory mood with salsa from Bunjunto Sabroso and the finest Jazz-Funk from The Matt Clacket Band.

Fresh smoothies, coffees and good food are served all day for those who would like to recover from Saturday night - and the hardcore crowd may be pleased to know drinks are all at pub prices, all day.

The afternoon kicks off at 2.30pm on Saturday January 18 and runs until midnight. Tickets are £12.50 in advance and £15 on the door.
