Glamour girl Jordan has given birth to a baby boy. The baby, as yet unnamed, was born just after 10am today weighing 5lb 13oz.

Jordan and fiance Peter Andre were "thrilled" with the new arrival.

Mother and baby were "healthy and happy" and recovering in the private Portland Hospital in central London, the model's spokeswoman said.

Jordan, 27, gave birth by Caesarean section.

The new baby is a little brother for Harvey, Jordan's three-year-old son by footballer Dwight Yorke.

"Both Peter and Katie are thrilled with the new addition to their family," the spokeswoman said.

"Katie and the baby are healthy and happy, and will be spending the next few days resting in hospital.

"Peter and Katie would like to thank everyone for their messages of congratulations and best wishes."

Jordan met former pop star Andre on the ITV reality show I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here!.

The couple plan to wed in September and have signed a six figure deal with a glossy magazine.

Kerry Katona will be a bridesmaid and the guest list includes Charlotte Church and her boyfriend Gavin Henson.
