Welsh beauty queen Imogen Thomas is odds-on favourite to be evicted from the Big Brother house tonight

The former Miss Wales goes head to head with Canadian waiter Richard Newman in the latest eviction.

Bookmakers are offering odds of 1/25 that Imogen will go compared with 8/1 for Richard.

The pair are currently living in a house next door to the main Big Brother building with evicted housemates Grace, Mikey, Lea and Nikki.

In the early hours of this morning, Grace was allowed back into the main house for 21 minutes as a present for her 21st birthday.

She clashed with arch-rival Aisleyne, who asked her if she had apologised to former housemate Susie for throwing a glass of water at her.

Grace said she had not apologised and asked Aisleyne, who branded her ignorant, not to ruin her birthday.

Yesterday, the premium rate phone watchdog announced it was launching an official investigation into the decision to allow evicted contestants the chance to win the Channel 4 reality show.

Icstis said it had received 2,700 complaints about the stunt which will allow an ex-housemate, already booted out by paid-for public votes, the possibility of scooping the £100,000 final prize.

Now Channel 4 could end up refunding an estimated £3 million to viewers who voted by phone or text message.

Icstis could also decide to fine Big Brother's premium rate service providers up to £250,000 or bar their premium rate lines.

Alternatively, it could decide that there has been no breach of guidelines and no case to answer.

Viewers were asked to select four evictees to move into the house next door to the main Big Brother house this week, resulting in the return of Mikey, Grace, Lea and Nikki.

One of the four will now be chosen by the existing housemates to return to the main house.

The broadcaster's decision to bring back former housemates followed criticism that the remaining housemates were too boring.

During Big Brother 4, Jon Tickle was drafted back in but he was not eligible to win the show.

Channel 4 has defended the latest stunt, saying all profits from the phone vote are being donated to charity.
