Fans have been left shocked by Rihanna’s latest Coachella look after the pop superstar showed up to the festival wearing a balaclava.

The Wild Thoughts singer took to social media to show off her latest look during the festival, dividing fans with her bold fashion choice.

In the series of snaps Rihanna, full name Robyn Rihanna Fenty, posed in the Gucci knit balaclava.

The singer sported snakeskin thigh-high boots, a cream jumper with a baby blue boyfriend shirt and a diamond choker.

She accessorised the look with large drop diamond earrings and glitter eye-makeup.

Social media users were stunned by the look, one fan wrote: “Y'all can't trick me with this one. I refuse to be part of the herd saying this is fashionable.

“This looks like she's having a manic episode. Love the earrings and the sparkles in the eyes but the rest is a "No way Jose" from me.”
