Lindsay Lohan shines at after party for Speed the Plow

Lindsay Lohan was certainly shining after her performance in the West End’s Speed the Plow last night.

The Mean Girls actress was shimmering in a silver sequin dress as she made her way to the after party at London's National Liberal Club.

Wearing equally as glitzy Christian Louboutin peep toe shoes, the 28-year-old blew kisses to her fans as she worked the red carpet.

Lindsay seemed to push aside all criticism from her debut performance – where critics had suggested the actress had to be fed lines while on stage as Karen - as she was sandwiched with kisses from co-stars Richard Schiff and Nigel Lindsay.

Also in attendance was director Lindsay Posner, Lady Isabella Hervey and Lindsay's mum Dina, who had flown in from New York to watch her daughter live on stage.

The 52-year-old dressed up for the occasion in a black pencil dress, with heels and a navy blazer.
