Robert De Niro and Anne Hathaway have been spotted doing Tai Chi together in New York.

But before you go wondering what De Niro and Hathaway are up to, rest assured it was just part of a scene for their upcoming movie The Intern.

The pair are set to star in Nancy Meyers’-writer of The Holiday and It’s Complicated - new movie which sees a fashion website hire an elderly intern.

Anne Hathaway plays website owner Jules, who hires older gentleman Robert De Niro (Ben) as an intern for a fashion site as part of a community outreach program.

However not all has been well on set of the new comedy, after $15k worth of Apple products were stolen from the set.

Dozens of iPads, iPhones and Macbook Pros were taken from the New York set. The thefts are being investigated as the filming continues in Cobble Hill, New York.
