Linkin Park will host a one-off memorial concert to honour late frontman Chester Bennington at the Hollywood Bowl.

The special show will mark the first time that all five band members have performed together since Bennington died on July 20.

Announcing the news on Monday, the band confirmed that the concert will take place on October 27, with all ticket proceeds going to Music For Relief’s One More Light Fund in memory of the rock star.

The band will be joined by a number of other artists, to be announced at a later date, who will perform a series of tribute songs.

Linkin Park have released a new video for album track One More Light, which premiered on the band’s social media accounts on Monday.

Directed by Linkin Park’s Joe Hahn, the video aims to “reflect” on the memory of Bennington and the comradery of the band.

“It has been incredibly emotional to work on this, and especially to watch it,” said Hahn.

Chester Bennington: Music world responds to the death of Linkin Park singer

“I feel that by doing it, we not only faced some of our biggest fears, but it enabled us to use our talents to bring some light to people who need it.

“As we move forward to the Hollywood Bowl show and beyond, I think about the people who connect with the band, outside and inside our circle. This video is a gesture of good will to the people who want that connection.”

The band haven’t performed since Bennington was found dead at his LA home on July 20, with a corner ruling the cause of death as suicide.

A private memorial ceremony was hosted at a private residence in California on July 29, with Linkin Park's Mike Shinoda and Joe Hahn delivering eulogies
