Kim Kardashian denies telling anyone the sex of her baby amid rumours that she's expecting a boy

Kim Kardashian has hit back at reports that she's expecting a baby boy as rumours begin to speculate.

Taking to Twitter, the KUWTK star revealed that she wasn't expecting twins and that she was yet to disclose to anyone the sex of her second baby.

She wrote: "So many rumors...we are not having twins, yes I am carrying my own baby lol & we have not told anyone the sex of our baby yet!

Adding: "Nothing is confirmed unless you hear it from me!"

The denial comes after US Weekly Magazine claimed a source told them: “Kanye loves Nori more than anything, but to make his world complete he wanted a little boy, an heir. He's overjoyed."

Another friend reportedly said: "Kim always wanted two kids. A girl and a boy."

There has been much speculation as to what the high-profile couple will call their second child, with fans joking that South West could be a possible option, after they named their one year old daughter, North West.

But a source close to the pair recently shot down the rumours, telling TMZ :"There will be no sequel to North West. They want the name to be strong".

The source said: "With North, there was a power element because it’s always on top, or pointing up. The other 3 just don't have that swagger."

Kim, 34, revealed the news that she is expecting her second child in a teaser clip during the mid season finale of Keeping Up with the Kardashians last Sunday.

The KUWTK star treated her musician husband to a special birthday surprise this week, hiring out the entire Staples Center so that he could play basketball with a team of NBA stars.

In a snap showing her and West posing with four cheerleaders on the court, Kardashian wrote: “'Thank you Staples Center for the most amazing birthday party for Kanye.”
