Newly-bleached Glyn and Pete will be hoping Big Brother's blondes have more fun - although their fair house-mates may well disagree.

While ghetto girl Aisleyne and fellow blonde Nikki continue their warring ways, the boys have hit the peroxide.

Glyn told Big Brother he thinks it's "bloody great" and he, Tourette's sufferer Pete, and model Mikey are Billy Idol, Eminem and Vernon Kay.

"Celebrity Big Brother or what?" exclaimed Pete. But even the fun of bleaching Pete's hair sparked tension between Aisleyne and dancer Nikki.

Nikki had confessed her joy last week at the "eviction" of her rival, only to be horrified when she walked back into the house on Thursday from the secret house next door.

Yesterday, they briefly kissed and made up as they agreed to put their differences aside.

But normal service was soon resumed and the peace of the house was punctuated by a series of spats.

They argued over Nikki wanting to have a shower while Aisleyne cleaned, and her mistake in eating a full dinner which left Aisleyne without a meal. That particular misdemeanour led to a tearful confession by Nikki to Richard that she hated her rival.

But she was ultimately forced into the 'clear-the-air' talks when the gay Canadian blamed her for the bad feeling.

As the housemates today prepared to warm up for Wimbledon-inspired "tense tennis" matches against Big Brother, the pair ended up hugging after she told Aisleyne: "I feel intimidated by you. Yesterday I was scared to go into the shower because you'd cleaned it."

"If you're saying I'm intimidating on national TV it freaks me out. Is it fair to say that?" asked Aisleyne.

"I'm just worried about upsetting you," said Nikki. "Vice versa, babes," replied the Londoner.
