Company director Terence Cooper, 31, has been snapping up properties in Thamesmead and Royal Docks for the past three years.

ANTHONY Hughes and fiancèe Kelly Mitchell paid £219,000 for their riverside apartment at Royal Artillery Quays, Woolwich.
