Tortoise helps friend who flipped over in adorable clip

Everyone needs a helping hand in life from time to time.

And none more so than this tortoise who found himself somewhat inconvenienced when he was stuck flipped on his back.

But luckily his pal was nearby to lend a much needed helping hand.

In the adorable footage, shot at Taipei Zoo in Taiwan, the tortoise is seen crawling over to his friend before nudging his head underneath the shell. After a few moments' struggle, he manages to push the other tortoise upright.

The pair shuffle off together as a crowd of children can be heard cheering at the spectacle.
