A man has admitted slicing off another man’s testicle when he answered an advert to help with a “medical issue” in Australia.

Police in New South Wales say Allan George Matthews, 56, met a 52-year-old man at a motel in the coastal town of Port Macquarie before he surgically removed his left testicle.

Matthews admitted a string of offences at court on Wednesday including removing tissue from the body of another person without proper consent or authority.

He also pleaded guilty to the illicit removal of another person’s tissue.
