A man and woman in their 30s have been arrested by police after the body of a young female was found at a house on Monday afternoon, police said.
No details of the victim have been released by police but the death in Leeds is being treated as suspicious.
A West Yorkshire Police spokeswoman said: "Police were called to an address in Harehills at 3.45pm ... after a young female was found dead at the scene.
"A 38-year-old man and a 37-year-old woman have been arrested in connection with the incident.
"Police are treating the death as suspicious at this stage."
Sources said the victim was believed to be a girl in her early teens.
