Prince Harry has revealed that one of his son Archie’s first words was “grandma”.

In the series, the 36-year-old said: “I got a photo of her in his nursery, and it was one of the first words that he said — apart from "mama", "papa", it was then "grandma". Grandma Diana.

“It’s the sweetest thing, but at the same time, it makes me really sad because she should be here.”

The soon-to-be father-of-two also shared footage of his son playing on the beach and on the swings at home.

In one clip, the toddler can be seen sitting on a swing with his back facing the camera, while another person, believed to be Prince Harry, can be seen swinging alongside him.

The royal previously revealed that Archie’s first official word was "crocodile" during an interview with James Corden on The Late Late Show.

He said: "My son is now over a year and a half, he is hysterical, he’s got the most amazing personality.

"He’s already putting two, three words together, he’s already singing songs. His first word was ‘crocodile’, three syllables."

“I was willing to drink, I was willing to take drugs, I was willing to try and do the things that made me feel less like I was feeling,” Harry explained.

"But I slowly became aware that, OK, I wasn’t drinking Monday to Friday, but I would probably drink a week’s worth in one day on a Friday or a Saturday night.

“And I would find myself drinking, not because I was enjoying it but because I was trying to mask something.”

Realising that he needed to seek help, Harry turned to the Firm but explained that they turned him away.

“I thought my family would help but every single ask, request, warning, whatever it is, got met with total silence or total neglect,” he said.

“Family members have said just play the game and your life will be easier, but I have a hell of a lot of my mum in me.

"I feel as though I am outside of the system, but I’m still stuck there. The only way to free yourself and break out is to tell the truth."

He continued: "If your parents don’t want to talk about it, and your friends can’t remind you about it, there’s no reason why you shouldn’t say, ‘Hang on a second, I may be the product of my upbringing.’

“I am one of the first people to recognise that firstly, I had a fear of – when I first went to therapy – a fear of losing,” he said.

“Four years of therapy for an individual that never thought that they would ever need or do therapy is... that’s a long time. I wasn’t in an environment where it was encouraged to talk about it either.

"That was sort of, like, squashed.”

During the programme, the Duke also said he and his wife Meghan experienced “total neglect” from the Royal Family when she began feeling suicidal amid harassment on social media.

That alleged abandonment was one of the “biggest reasons” the couple left the UK, Harry said.

“Certainly now I will never be bullied into silence,” he added.
