London streets seen completely deserted in unique footage

London's streets have been captured completely deserted in unqiue new footage.

The minute-long video follows a lone dancer as she freestyles her way through an empty capital.

Dancer Maëva Berthelot, from London, is accompanied only by the electro R&B track “Alchemy” by TĀLĀ as she moves from empty east London back streets, through iconic squares and silent tube carriages.

The video was made by Hatton Garden-based advertising firm Grey for Bose headphones.

Dominic Goldman, Executive Creative Director, explained how the shots were achieved by cordoning off parts of the city for short bursts of time.

A helicopter also hovered overhead in a bid to capture the emptiness before people were allowed to move back in.

Mr Goldman said: “It was very difficult to achieve.

“It was quite a big production with long hours and early starts trying to clear streets at 5am.”

He added that they had very little time to work with and had to deal with tight airspace rules.
