Free scheme will cut home fuel bills

5 April 2012

Boris Johnson today announced a scheme to help Londoners cut fuel bills by offering tens of thousands of homeowners a free energy efficiency makeover.

The Mayor's RE:NEW programme is being provided to 55,000 homes, which will be cold-called, between now and next May.
