Good news. The world will not end on December 21, if you were worried about that gloomy Mayan prediction.

“What it means,” says Daniella Chavez, an assistant on the Mexico stand at Excel’s World Travel Market, “is that on that day the world will undergo a complete spiritual transformation, looking at life in a different, nicer way. We’ll all be less selfish and maybe take to meditation to improve our outlook. It’s the end of our old ways, the start of a great new era ...”
